In line with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and ACRA's corporate data frameworks, this refers to any personal identity or corporate operational data you disclose to us.

As a leading digital advisory firm, we strictly adhere to principles of Data Minimization. We consciously design our processes to only collect information absolutely necessary for delivering corporate setup, compliance, and immigration services.

2.1 Types of Data Collected
We may collect:
- Identity & Corporate Documents: Passports, Proof of Address, UENs, required for strict ACRA compliance, KYC, and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks.
- Financial Blueprints: High-level business plans strictly for Employment Pass and Visa assessments.

Data we DO NOT unnecessarily collect: We do not track your generic web browsing beyond standard anonymous site analytics. We operate on a zero-knowledge principle where possible for technical stack configurations.

3. Disclosure and Sharing

DIGITADVISORY does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data. We rely on essential interactions with the Singapore Government and trusted parties:

• Government Bodies: ACRA, MAS, and MOM (Ministry of Manpower) to fulfill your incorporation or visa applications.
• Local Banking Partners: Exclusively when you explicitly mandate us to assist in global banking setups.

4. Protection and Storage

Your core documents are stored using highly secured, encrypted enterprise cloud infrastructure. Due to the sensitive nature of sovereign wealth and corporate IP, we use compartmentalized, restricted-access environments. Your data can be permanently destroyed upon the termination of our engagement, subject to mandatory statutory retention laws in Singapore.
